Domestic repairs

If you have a problem with your domestic machine, bring it to our workshop where we can test and give you a quotation for it's repair. There is a charge of £10 + VAT payable at the time of drop off for assessment, this is then used towards payment should you decide to go ahead with the repair after receiving your quote.
Turnaround times do vary, this depends on current workshop load and also the availability of spares required for repairs but you will be advised of this at the time of quotation.
We carry out repairs to Karcher, Kranzle, Numatic, Edge & Sealey domestic machines only.
Unfortunately we do not offer a call out service for domestic machines.

Karcher Warranty Repairs

Kärcher offers private customers a warranty on Home & Garden products, covering material and manufacturing defects.

All repairs to Kärcher products within warranty are free of charge (subject to conditions of sale) except in the case of; misuse and abuse or frost damage.

We will undertake repairs under the warranty period of your machine providing you supply us with a proof of purchase to enable us to complete the work.

Please return the machine, along with any attachments and accessories that were supplied with your purchase to enable accurate testing.

Karcher Spares & Accessories

We carry a large range of spares and accessories for Karcher pressure washers and vacuum cleaners in our showroom, parts for other machines are always available to order should we not have it in stock. It is always much better to have the machine model reference number to hand to ensure we supply you with the correct part. This can be found on the silver ID plate on your machine and is in the format of 1.234-567.0

Kranzle Spares & Accessories

We are authorised dealers for the sale and repairs of Kranzle products. We carry a selection of parts for the repair of most Kranzle machines, anything not in stock can be ordered with Kranzle direct, in most cases within a few days to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Accessories are also available, please ask for details.

Numatic Spares & Accessories

As authorised agents for all Numatic products, we have a large stock of parts and accessories for all types of machines. Whether you require a repair or spare part, please contact us with your machine details and we will be able assist you.
When a repair isn't possible, we carry a range of new machines and can advise on the best one to suit your needs.

Sealey Repairs & Spares

We are authorised agents for all Sealey products, we have full access to spares and accessories for all Sealey equipment, not just pressure washers so please get in contact if you require help with your Sealey product.
